What to read?

I want to start doing these Ask the Readers mini blog segments for R E D H E A D.

Sure, I can type out content but what’s the fun of that if my readers don’t get a voice in what they are reading about. So I wanted to ask you, my lovely readers, what sorts of fall/halloween/creepy inspired books do YOU recommend?

I’d like to create a list of books to read for the next blog post, and eventually start adding some book reviews to the site! So of course, I want to get the feedback of my absolutely wonderful readers and get you all to recommend to me a few great books to cozy up with for the season!

Because my favorite month of the year is approaching us, I want to get a list of creepy horror/thriller inspired books ready for the month of SPOOKTOBER!

I found this list on goodreads of the best horror books of 2020… do you recommend any of them? Are there any titles you feel are missing from this list? Let me know in the comment section below!

Not horror, but Circe by Madeline Miller is a great piece of fiction/mythology that ties into witchcraft. Also Witches, Sluts, Feminists by Kristen Sollée is a great succinct and easy to reader sort of primer on, well, what the title says!
